Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Facility Type: SNF/LTC Location: Waterloo, NY 13165 Term: contract 20-26 weeks’ Shift: 8 hrs – All Shifts available (Five days in a week that includes every weekend) Pay rate: $42/hr on W2 Pay Period: Weekly Start: ASAP

Required:

• Must be licensed as a Practical Nurse.
• Min 1 -2 year of (LPN) experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
• Must work every other weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Collects data relevant to resident's physical and psychosocial condition on an ongoing basis and communicates finding to RN and other members of the Interdisciplinary Team.
