            Key Responsibilities  
Provide direct patient care to a diverse inpatient rehab population including neuro, CVA, TBI, spinal cord injuries, and post-surgical cases  
Manage patient ratios of 1:5-7, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery  
Perform wound care, dressing changes, wound vac management, and drain care  
Assist with PEG tube care, tube feeding, ostomy care, and bowel/bladder programs  
Support patients with mobility challenges, braces, and splints  
Administer medications, including IV antibiotics (no drips required)  
Monitor and maintain peripheral IVs  
Collaborate closely with RNs, CNAs, RTs, and Physicians for coordinated care  
Document all care in the EPIC EMR system  
Requirements  Active LPN License (Georgia)  
BLS Certification (required)  
NIHSS (required)  
Minimum 2 years of experience in Med-Surg or Inpatient Rehab
