Inpatient LPN Job Summary/Description:

• This is a position for a 10 bed Inpatient Unit caring primarily for orthopedic patients.

The LPN will:

• Provides direct patient care including treatments, medications, activities of daily living, post-operative pain management, managing IV lines, lab draws, and physical assessments according to policy and procedure.


• Completes assessments as established by scope of practice and unit standards.
• Must make sure patient documentation is comprehensive and promotes communication between caregivers.
