The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), Physician, or Nurse Practitioner (NP), ensuring high-quality care while maintaining patient safety and comfort in behavioral health, outpatient, and residential treatment facility settings.

Key Responsibilities
