Job Summary

The Senior Director of Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (RNC) is responsible for the oversight of all key operational areas. The Senior Director is responsible for ongoing business development and service improvement and works under the general supervision of the Vice President of Post-Acute Services.


Core Job Responsibilities


+ Leads and directs overall facility operations to provide quality patient care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and MVHS standards.

+ In collaboration with MVHS leadership, develops and executes a business plan that focuses on all aspects of operations and goal setting for the facility that focuses on cost effective and high quality care for residents.

+ Monitors and manages occupancy targets, daily census and resident turnover.
