The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serves as a key member of the Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) interdisciplinary treatment team at St. Catherine of Siena. This position provides clinical supervision to PROS staff, ensuring high-quality clinical services, regulatory compliance, and effective program oversight.
The LCSW delivers comprehensive behavioral health services, including conducting assessments and intakes, providing individual and group psychotherapy, coordinating care, and supporting participants in achieving their recovery goals. The role also serves as a liaison to community providers and resources, fostering collaboration and continuity of care.
