Library Assistant II 
Reporting to the Scholarly Communications Librarian, the appointee will be assigned to Research & Learning Support in CUHK Library. Duties include (a) providing support for activities related to the Institutional Research Information System (IRIS) implementation; (b) inputting, verifying, and supplementing publication information for research output records in IRIS; (c) assisting in the creation of user education materials in different multimedia formats; (d) posting and updating a project webpage; (e) providing logistical support for user training; and (f) performing other tasks as assigned. Shift duties in the evenings, at weekends or on holidays at library helpdesks are required.

Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B, or at leas...
