            Job Description  Teaching & Learning Responsibilities  Partner with classroom teachers across all classes to integrate library resources into the Units of Inquiry (UOI). 
Teach students how to navigate both print and digital media, focusing on research skills and critical thinking. 
Conduct engaging read-aloud sessions and literature circles that provoke curiosity and reflect the diverse cultures within our school. 
Empower student agency by involving them in book selection and the organization of library spaces. 
Model and teach the ethical use of technology and online safety to our young learners. 
 Teamwork & Collaborative Responsibilities  Attend weekly grade-level planning meetings to ensure the library collection stays synchronized with upcoming central ideas and lines of inquiry.
