Qualifications



Educational Background:

- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Transportation, Marine Engineering, Business Administration, or Legal/Compliance-related fields.



Experience:

- At least 2–5 years experience in shipping, maritime operations, or regulatory compliance.

- Experience dealing with government agencies (e.g., MARINA, Philippine Coast Guard, Bureau of Customs) is a strong advantage.



Certifications (preferred but not always required):

- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH).

- ISM Code / ISPS Code training.

- Compliance or audit-related certifications.
