Our client in the Insurance Industry is looking to hire a Liability Specialist.
Duties and Responsibilities
Attending to 30 files per day i.e., correspondence and telephone calls
Attending to Liabilities to ensure maximum savings
Reporting on Liability Stats
Ensuring compliance to the payment process by the department
Attending to Diary once a month
Follow-up on outstanding information and documentation
Update System in respect of payments
Load and process payments on system
Attendance of staff meetings
Preparation for staff meetings
Update and maintain the Liabilities Register
Assist the Head of Recoveries with various matters
When a colleague is on leave to assist with that person's workflow
Appoint assessors where necessary
Negotiate best settlement options available
Check all the required documents are sent by the TP's
Any other duties that may be required
