The Role - Level 3 EYFS Nursery Assistant (Gloucester)

• Support children aged 0-5 in a nurturing environment
• Assist with play‑based learning activities and daily routines
• Promote social, emotional, and communication development
• Ensure a safe, engaging and inclusive setting
• Work closely with staff and parents to support each child’s progress

• A genuine passion for early years education and childcare
• Experience working with young children (desirable but not essential)
• A patient, caring and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
