Our client, a successful multi-branch independent Estate Agency, is looking for an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager to join their office in Canterbury.
Offering a standout package, our client is looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running and continue to increase market share in the business. 
What's on offer:
5 day working pattern including some Saturdays
OTE £45,000 (realistic)

Key Lettings Manager responsibilities include:
Leading the Branch, managing profits and pushing the business forward.
Mentor and advise your team, working as a collective to achieve goals and targets.
Provide expert customer service and advice to Landlords and tenants.
