The role  

Our Leisure Club Assistants support in providing a successful Health & Fitness offering to members and guests, promoting and supporting behavioural change in achieving fitness goals and the benefits of healthy living.The role reports directly to the Leisure Club Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in Holiday Inn Chester South 

Leisure Club Assistant responsibilities include: 

  • Ensuring the club is always presented in the appropriate condition ensuring the correct daily, weekly and monthly checks are being completed. 
  • Achieving new member sales , renewals and net membership growth metrics.
  • Supporting the Club Management Team in relation to local marketing initiatives to drive New Member Sales, Membership Headcount and the Clubs position in the community.
