The Hearst Office of General Counsel is seeking a Legal Technology Specialist to own the day-to-day adoption, administration, and continuous improvement of approved legal technology and AI tools across the department. This position will lead low-code tool development, be responsible for owning and maintaining knowledge resources, lead selected vendor and administrative processes, and be a key stakeholder in developing and supporting active technology and AI projects.

This role will also serve as a key resource for attorneys and legal support staff, leading and encouraging users get practical value from approved tools through training, office hours, documentation, and responsive support.

The right person does not need to be a software engineer. We’re looking for a communicator and problem-solver who is comfortable experimenting with lightweight AI platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Claude, and Codex, and who can help others get real value from them. ...
