Job Description:

Responsible for daily operations in mail and hospitality as well as some copy, print, and reception. Duties will include conference room set up and breakdown and receptionist backup in addition to mail services. The hiring manager is primarily looking for someone with experience in mail room services (accountable mail, USPS mail, etc.), copy and print experience, strong customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role. A strong candidate will have legal experience and understand the dynamics of a legal environment as well. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Parking is not provided, but there is good public transportation.
