Key Responsibilities

  • Providing secretarial support to Conveyancing Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and Fee Earners.

  • Audio and copy typing of legal correspondence, documents, and reports.

  • Preparing and issuing client care documentation.

  • Managing incoming and outgoing post, emails, and telephone enquiries.

  • Opening and closing client files in accordance with firm procedures.

  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties.

  • Arranging appointments and managing fee earners’ diaries.

  • Preparing completion statements and assisting with post-completion administration.

  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the firm’s case management system.

  • Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements at all times.
