Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
Assist the Transactions Unit with drafting and review of agreementsDraft pleadings, motions, witness statements and other court processesDraft letters, demand notices and other correspondenceCollate evidence and conduct research on case lawKeep a record of changes in the lawSchedule and conduct depositions of witnesses and experts for trialHold case briefs for Litigation team in courtAttend court to represent Vodafone as a party in courtAttend hearings at quasi-judicial bodies such as the National Labour Commission (NLC) and the Electronic Telecommunications Tribunal (ETC) Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience
