Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer located in Pasig. The Legal Officer will be responsible for legal consulting, corporate housekeeping, business law, contract law, and other legal-related tasks to support SMGP's operations.

Qualification

• Graduate of Bachelor of laws (Juris Doctor), specializing in corporate, labor, or commercial law
• Passed the Philippine Bar Examination (PBE)
• Must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in corporate housekeeping, contracts management, and legal consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
