• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.); Member of the Philippine Bar.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Preferably with exposure to energy, power, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills; able to work independently.
