The Opportunity

Manulife’s Real Estate Finance Group (REFG) manages a diversified commercial mortgage portfolio across the U.S. and Canada. Within REFG, the Legal Services team is responsible for preparing and managing documentation for mortgage discharges when loans are paid in full, while maintaining accurate security across the active portfolio.

How you will create impact

Collaborate with adjacent teams to support U.S. and Canadian clients across a wide range of transactions and initiatives. Create, review and revise documents required to complete legal filings in accordance with federal and state regulations and manage risk.
