Your new role

Draft, review, negotiate and administer a host of agreements, including store leases and licences

High ability in drafting and reviewing a range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to store leases and licences

Assisting in brand protection matters and Intellectual Property on an ad hoc basis.

Experience in litigation and dispute resolution.

Providing legal assistance in the implementation of global projects.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.

Relevant industry experience in Retail or FMCG

Fluent in spoken and written English and Malay.
