Job Purpose

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end legal and compliance functions, including contract management, litigation, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory, while supporting business operations across sales, marketing, and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (sales, distribution, service, marketing, licensing, etc.)

• Manage contract lifecycle, templates, and documentation

• Ensure contracts align with legal standards and business objectives
