Draft, review, and ensure all contracts comply with UAE Civil Code, Commercial Transactions Law, RERA/DLD regulations, Escrow Law, and company policies.
Identify and mitigate legal risks in commercial and real estate transactions.
Maintain and supervise the legal archive, contract repository, and documentation systems.
Handle RDC cases: drafting claims, preparing responses, and attending hearings.
Coordinate with developers, landlords, tenants, and consultants on all legal matters.
Handle all legal aspects related to Human Resources contracts, medical health insurance, group insurance, MOHRE disputes and claims, visas, life insurance, workers’ compensation, accident investigations, and all other claims, disputes, and settlements.
Ensure compliance with all UAE laws and regulations, including DED, DMCC, DIFC, and AML requirements.
