Participate in all stages of the bid process, from proposal review through to execution.
Draft and negotiate both national and international contracts in Technology and Engineering, covering services, nondisclosure, and other related agreements.
Provide legal advice and support independently, in line with Group Legal strategy.
Manage legal aspects of designated business accounts.
Develop extensive knowledge of the organisation's market and foster relationships to ensure legal compliance and support strategic objectives.
Acquire a thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and their updates.
Escalate contractual risks following the Group Contracting Policy.
Report any non-contractual legal risks as needed.
Ensure effective collaboration and communication with all business partners, stakeholders, and legal team.
