Responsibilities:


  • Perform quality assurance testing for the Legal Bill Analysis Center of Excellence (LBACOE).

  • Conduct expert peer reviews of LBACOE invoice analyst work using specialized legal expertise.

  • Make adjustments to previously-adjusted invoice line item entries and document comprehensive justification.

  • Correct adjusted and non-adjusted invoice lines.

  • Engage in written communications with law firm vendors regarding invoice adjustments.

  • Leverage legal knowledge to achieve mutually agreeable resolutions on disputed invoice adjustments.
