About the Role

This role will suit a Property Legal Executive with at least 2+ years' experience who enjoys managing files from start to finish and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service.

Working alongside a small yet highly regarded team, you will be involved in a broad range of residential property matters, with exposure to conveyancing, subdivisions, refinancing, and general property transactions. The role offers a good level of autonomy while still providing the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to settlement.
• Assisting with subdivisions and property development matters.
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
• Liaising directly with clients, agents, banks, and other stakeholders.
