Job Scope - Provide legal advice on general banking and structured trade finance transactions;
- review, draft and negotiate a wide range of general banking and structured trade finance related documentation, including parental guarantees, loans agreements, letter of credit agreements and receivables purchase agreements. Negotiate standard banking terms and other day to day banking agreements and NDAs.
