KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support to Imerys businesses in the region on all areas of commercial in-house legal practice:

• provide accurate and timely legal counsel to stakeholders on a wide range of legal topics, including contractual matters, regulatory compliance and risk management, and alert stakeholders to legal and regulatory risk;
• draft, review and negotiate various legal documents such as commercial contracts, GTCs, NDAs, MOUs and other contractual arrangements in the fields of sale and purchase, supply, consultancy, agency, distribution, real estate, construction, mining, banking, etc., as well as develop or update contract templates or...
