Responsibilities - Provide legal and corporate governance support to the Singapore business while collaborating with legal and business counterparts across international operations.
- Advise on commercial and strategic matters, support complex M&A and business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage legal risks.
- Engage with senior stakeholders on key projects.
- Oversee external counsel and legal budgets where required.
- Experience in data centre and subsea cable projects is advantageous.
