A global financial services firm is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its expanding digital assets offering. This position sits within a well-established legal team and offers exposure to a broad range of work across trading, product development, and regulatory matters in a rapidly evolving sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial and trading agreements, including those with exchanges, custodians, and liquidity providers. The role will involve supporting documentation across digital asset products, including client-facing materials and industry-standard trading agreements such as ISDA, GMRA, and GMSLA.
