You will join an experienced, collaborative Dallas‑based legal team. The role offers broad, international exposure to complex commercial contracts, online commerce, intellectual property, open‑source and software licensing, supply chain, marketing, crisis communications, and cybersecurity. **Experience with technology licensing, tech transfer, or IP‑intensive transactions is a plus.**
