Overview

This is an APAC legal managerial role to lead and oversee all legal activities across the Asia-Pacific region (Southeast Asia Pacific, Greater India, Greater China), ensuring effective legal risk management, governance, and business support. The role acts as a strategic partner to the business and finance leadership, while managing and coordinating legal resources across the region to ensure compliance with local regulations and Group standards.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management & Business Support
  • Oversee and secure all contractual activities (customers, suppliers, distributors) across APAC
  • Support region to review and validate key contracts, focusing on complex and big project, high-risk and strategic agreements
  • Ensure consistent application of Group standards (T&Cs, templates)
