in Singapore to support the Head of Legal and the broader team. Key Responsibilities Support on a broad range of
corporate, commercial and project-related matters Draft, review, and negotiate
commercial agreements
, including customer, service, and vendor contracts Assist with
project development work
, including land, construction (EPC), and infrastructure-related agreements Support on
real estate and data centre leasing matters Assist with
