• Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide commercially tailored support
• Providing practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals and initiatives
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines
• Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements
• Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required

• Experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
• Excellent / native ability to read and write in English and Vietnamese (essential)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
