            Responsibilities Draft and review legal documents, including commercial agreements, legal notices, memorandums, Wills, and powers of attorney 
Conduct consultations with clients to provide personalized legal advice and recommendations 
Stay updated on changes to laws, regulations, and rulings that may affect clients 
Conduct legal correspondence and communicate effectively with all stakeholders 
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing concerns and providing ongoing support to minimize risks and liabilities 
Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Consultant within a firm or in‑house in the UAE 
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing various legal documents such as commercial agreements and legal notices 
Experience handling Wills and powers of attorney 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
