Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts (Part-time)

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts (Part-time) to support our F500 clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on commercial matters, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify legal risks and considerations in commercial transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with a wide range of commercial contracts, such as service agreements, IP licensing agreements, software agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and non‑disclosure agreements (NDAs). ...
