**Legal, Compliance and Privacy Role Job Description**

The candidate will be responsible for providing legal, compliance, privacy and other regulatory support to **Cigna Health Solutions India Pvt. Ltd** , based in Bangalore (“ **Cigna BLR** ”). This position requires in-office attendance in Bangalore and shall report to the Head of Legal & Compliance, International Health Delivery services (“ **IHDS** ”).

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide day to day legal assistance to Cigna BLR, working closely with both the local and wider Cigna International Markets legal, compliance and privacy teams.
+ Co-ordinate with external counsel and monitor spend of allocated legal budget.
+ Advise business units on a broad range of legal, compliance and privacy matters, including identifying areas of risk and providing guidance to minimise compliance risks.
