Conveyancing & Real Estate team
. This role offers exposure to a wide range of property transactions, including residential, retail, industrial and corporate real estate matters. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on both transactional and advisory mandates, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic practice. Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on conveyancing and real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and financing arrangements.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, tenancy agreements, and financing documentation.
Conduct due diligence on property titles, encumbrances, and regulatory compliance.
Liaise with clients, banks, developers, and government authorities to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Provide advisory support on property-related legal issues, including regulatory and compliance matters.
