Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to support attorneys and legal staff with administrative and clerical tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of a legal office by managing documents, coordinating schedules, and assisting with case preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating court dates
+ Prepare, draft, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
+ File legal documents with courts (e-filing and manual filing) and maintain accurate case files
