Key Responsibilities

• Corporate & License Compliance: Assist in tracking and managing the renewal dates for company trade licenses across UAE Free Zones and mainland (DED) – up to 10 companies. Prepare checklists and support the collection of documents for renewals.
• Lease Management: Help monitor lease agreement expiry dates, prepare simple renewal documentation, and coordinate with landlords/property managers for the renewal process.
