Minimum requirements: 

Admitted Attorney of the High Court

Minimum 5 years' post-admission experience

Experience within a corporate, multinational, or reputable law firm environment

Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills

 Sound knowledge of South African commercial law

Experience with legal risk management, litigation, and regulatory compliance

Knowledge of the CPA, NCA, POPIA, Companies Act, and Competition Act

 Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
