Legal Adviser
A reputable law firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team. As a Legal Adviser, you will provide expert legal advice and support to clients on a variety of legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and provide professional opinions
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and options
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect our clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser in a reputable law firm
