Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented legal assistant to provide essential legal and administrative support for our high-volume property tax law firm. This is a hybrid office position. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a professional demeanor. This role focuses document preparation, data entry and management, and client

communication.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to support client appeal filings.
  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
  • Investigate facts to support client appeals.
  • Record and store client information.
  • Perform docketing for upcoming appeals.
  • Other tasks and projects, as assigned.
