Conduct market research and identify potential tenants, brands, and concepts that align with the destination strategy.
Participate in negotiations with local and international brands, retailers, and F&B operators under the guidance of senior management.
Assist in tenant mix planning and analysis to enhance destination appeal, guest experience, and commercial performance.
Support the preparation and administration of commercial agreements, including turnover-based leases and hybrid leasing models.
