A major Queensland developer is seeking an energetic Leasing & Marketing Executive to support leasing activity across key commercial precincts and help drive strong market engagement.

About the Role You’ll work closely with the development and leasing teams to:

Coordinate leasing enquiries and support negotiations.

Produce and update marketing collateral, RFIs, brochures and email campaigns.

Build strong relationships with external agents and the wider business community.

Analyse enquiry data, track conversions and manage the CRM (PropertyBase).

Assist with brand management, competitor insights and corporate marketing activities.
