Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the General Manager and the Leasing team in strategizing, planning and executing the malls leasing trade mix plans
Ensure occupancy, revenue and other financial KPIs of the mall are always optimized.
Formulate leasing strategies and planning trade/tenant mix and ensure its effective implementation.
Coordinate the departments activities to ensure consistency and compliance of Leasings policies and procedures.

Source new concepts and prospects which are relevant to the malls positioning
Negotiate and monitor terms of lease
Conduct, understand and share periodic retail market trends
Carry out feasibility or reconfiguration analysis to enhance the financial standing of the mall
