You’ll lead the onsite leasing function during initial lease‑up, working closely with operations and community teams to deliver a standout resident experience from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the onsite leasing function
• Conduct inspections and handle all leasing enquiries
• Oversee applications, approvals and lease documentation
• Supervise and support a contract Leasing Consultant during peak periods
• Deliver a high‑touch, professional experience for prospective residents

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in residential leasing (senior level)
