We are looking for a highly motivated Leasing and Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, marketing, and maintenance of commercial building properties and land leases. This role plays a key part in ensuring occupancy targets are met and that tenant relationships are effectively managed.

Qualifications

• At least Five (5) years of experience in mall leasing and/or operations, administration of real estate properties, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in market research, budgeting, and client relationship management.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
