Join our Training team and play a key role in shaping how Canada’s future naval crews are trained. Fleetway is supporting the River‑class Destroyer (RCD) program by designing and delivering modern training and crew solutions that integrate advanced systems and technologies. As a Learning Systems Integrator, you will lead the development and integration of training systems (simulators/trainers) across their full lifecycle — from design through delivery. You’ll work closely with internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure training solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with real‑world operational needs. This is a role for someone who brings strong technical expertise, experience working across systems and teams, and the ability to guide and mentor others.
