About the role:

• Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assisting with learning activities, behaviour regulation, and emotional support
• Helping young people re-engage with education in a positive, nurturing environment
• Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals
• Creating a safe, structured, and encouraging learning atmosphere
